Grrrl Zine Fair at Village Green Festival, July 2019

 

"For Village Green Festival, Chalkwell Park 2019 Grrrl Zine Fair curated an entire site dedicated to celebrating the voices of women, trans, non-binary and LGBTQIA+ artists, musicians and makers and open to all. Across a main stage, zine fair, exhibition space, workshop area and talks tent co curated with gal-dem zine, we showcased the most exciting feminist work to 20,000 festival goers with the theme of doing it for ourselves, bringing together the community, collaborating together and making sure we take up space and have the most marginalised voices of our community heard!"
